GAC GS3 Keys & Account Transfer: Handover Checklist

A GS3 handover should count and test the supplied physical keys, then address any separately offered account-based functions. A working seller login does not establish the buyer’s supported access. Confirm which functions exist on the actual car, how prior access is handled and which receiving-user steps remain to be completed.

CHECK 01

List the access items included in the price

Ask for the physical-key count and identify any other explicitly supplied access device. Photograph the items and demonstrate each applicable key on the selected car through normal operation. A general two-key description in a model brochure does not prove both items remain with a particular used candidate. Missing items belong in the quotation before acceptance.

Keep any separately offered digital function distinct from physical access. Do not assume every GS3 or EMZOOM from every market has the same remote service or phone-based access. The connected-function overview helps identify which features need accounts, software or destination support. The buyer should know which part of the arrangement is required for ordinary use and which is an optional convenience.

CHECK 02

Identify who controls any vehicle association

Where an account service is offered, ask the relevant provider what ownership or association record applies to the car. Establish whether the current user must participate in release and whether the receiving buyer can complete the permitted setup. A seller’s phone showing the vehicle is useful context but not evidence that the buyer has control of that association.

For a dealer order, describe who receives each unit first and whether a later customer handover is planned. Keep temporary preparation access separate from the intended ownership arrangement. Request the legitimate provider process rather than depending indefinitely on the seller’s private account. Store necessary confirmation references without collecting passwords or unrelated personal records.

CHECK 03

Confirm prior access is handled appropriately

Ask which permissions or associations need to be released through the supported process. Keep that result separate from clearing saved destinations, contacts or media settings. A reset can change a display without resolving every service-side relationship, so request evidence for the particular ownership task instead of treating an empty home screen as complete confirmation.

If key replacement or another security-related task is proposed, have the appropriate provider identify its scope and applicable checks. This buying guide does not supply programming procedures. The useful decision is whether the delivered car and supplied access items meet the agreed requirement, with any unresolved prior-user question visible before the vehicle is accepted.

CHECK 04

Demonstrate the receiving user’s required functions

Where legitimately available, check agreed functions with the receiving user’s supported device and account arrangement. Let that person enter authentication details privately. Record the vehicle, date, software and observed context while avoiding sensitive information in the shared report. A successful login should be followed by the actual permitted tasks the buyer requires.

A source-market online demonstration does not establish operation on the intended overseas network. The phone-connection checklist addresses a different requirement: connecting a device for cabin functions. A working Bluetooth connection cannot certify remote account access. If destination operation cannot be assessed beforehand, separate completed ownership steps from the services that remain unverified.

CHECK 05

Compare new and used access evidence

For new stock, ask how first-user activation will be handled and whether a preparation or demonstration association already exists. For a used car, add the previous-user release and the history of missing or replaced keys where disclosed. The condition label does not establish those answers on its own. Keep the final access requirement the same while using the appropriate evidence for each route.

The condition acceptance guide helps distinguish the documentary and preparation checks. Put an agreed missing-key replacement or account task into the preparation scope with a responsible party and completion point. A promise to resolve everything after arrival is difficult for the receiving dealer to explain if ordinary access or an essential service remains uncertain.

CHECK 06

Retain a concise handover result

Record the car reference, physical items delivered, normal-use test results, completed provider steps and any remaining limitation. Include the agreed support route. Store these with the handover documents, keeping credentials and recovery information under the account holder’s own control. The recipient should be able to see what has been transferred without exposing another user’s private details.

For multiple cars, use individual records when keys, services or setup stages differ. One seller demonstration does not establish the status of an entire batch. If a different candidate is substituted, repeat the relevant review. The finished handover should identify the buyer’s usable arrangement and accepted limits rather than presenting the seller’s current access as a permanent service promise.

Make the next request specific.

Send the condition, accepted years and version, destination and quantity. Include the items that must be confirmed before you accept a candidate. A sourcing enquiry begins the discussion; availability and purchase terms require an actual offer.
