CHECK 01
Define what must match before sourcing
Write accepted status, steering requirement, useful functions, passenger tasks and condition evidence. Separate flexible preferences from changes that need another decision. The identity guide shows why familiar GS3 or EMZOOM wording cannot establish identical systems and equipment across several cars with different original markets or production contexts, even where seller translations appear consistent.
A request for suitable units is not unrestricted substitution permission. If receiving users need different tasks, preserve those assignments instead of treating all proposals as interchangeable. A useful mixed order should be understandable through accepted essentials and variation, rather than one convenient total or representative package photograph that cannot identify the actual supplied specification and current findings for every car.
CHECK 02
Retain original configuration per individual unit
The equipment review connects mandatory methods with applicable records. Each candidate needs original designation, period and actual fitted evidence, not just a translated tier inherited from the strongest first example. Keep media and amount attached to the same reference rather than applying one car's favourable functions or appearance to another unit in the group.
Do not use a representative manufacturer's picture to approve all supplied items. Record actual differences before acceptance, with pending fields retained rather than rounded into a consistent summary. If one candidate lacks a common essential, obtain an accepted revised assignment or another proposal; unrelated extras should not compensate silently merely because the aggregate price remains attractive or all units share recognisable exterior styling.
CHECK 03
Match relevant mechanical and user requirements
The powertrain review identifies the actual combination per car. Similar automatic wording does not prove equal mechanisms, service needs or appropriate receiving-provider capability. Keep supported answers attached to each unit and relevant reported concern rather than assuming the first candidate's complete record covers every application represented across the whole proposed order.
The assignment decision retains passenger and luggage tasks where different company users are involved. One favourable practical demonstration cannot approve the remaining cars. Keep actual drivers, essential functions and accepted operating requirements with their assigned reference, so a batch's general flexibility does not erase a customer's minimum specification or silently allocate an unrepresented car to a limiting recurring journey.
CHECK 04
Keep condition evidence independent across the group
The acceptance framework separates supported new status from used histories and relevant current findings. A convincing inspection, tidy cabin or maintenance assurance on one unit does not establish equivalent assessment on all others. Retain methods, gaps and actual scope per candidate rather than granting the whole group the best evidence supplied for any one example.
Known preparation should have supported responsibility and completed evidence where required. A consistent total cannot certify consistent condition, and small odometers do not approve every system. The buyer should distinguish units meeting the brief, cars needing further findings and proposals requiring another choice instead of a neat batch description converting unresolved work into an assumed identical ready-to-handover result.
CHECK 05
Align individual amounts and genuine common scope
The quotation comparison retains currency, preparation, supplied items and transfer stage per unit, then separates any common order-level scope. A batch saving can accompany different deliverables or incomplete work. Do not assume every quoted car includes the same preparation and accepted evidence simply because the seller presents one aggregate amount or a familiar matched-package description.
The handover file reconciles actual accepted references and supplied items individually. Preserve revisions rather than applying one unit's accessory or condition claim to every delivered car. A useful order record lets the customer trace each proposition to the actual reviewed evidence and understand which expressly permitted variation belongs to which unit and receiving assignment.
CHECK 06
One replacement changes a familiar batch description
Suppose most proposals meet common essentials but one is replaced by another period or configuration. Retain unaffected approvals while reopening relevant identity, equipment, condition and assignment questions for that changed unit. General age flexibility cannot supply missing findings or approve the different mechanical and receiving-use proposition merely because the batch total remains attractive.
The remote decision file retains the replacement and any accepted deviation per car. A lower aggregate amount should not authorise substitution silently. Record the actual supported revised result before the order closes instead of letting the new candidate inherit the work history, functions and acceptance of the unit that has left the group.
Choose the next action
| Finding or requirement | Purchase response |
|---|---|
| All cars share familiar naming | Verify common essentials and individual original configurations. |
| Periods or tasks vary | Retain receiving assignments and explicitly accepted differences. |
| One unit is substituted | Reopen that actual candidate's identity, condition and supplied scope. |
Questions buyers ask
Must every GS3 in an order be identical?
No. Define common essentials and expressly permitted variations.
Can one good assessment approve the group?
No. Keep relevant findings and acceptance per individual car.
Model context: GS3 Yingsu in China and GS3 EMZOOM in Malaysia. Specifications and market programmes are not interchangeable; confirm the actual offered vehicle.
Make the next request specific.
Send the condition, accepted years and version, destination and quantity. Include the items that must be confirmed before you accept a candidate. A sourcing enquiry begins the discussion; availability and purchase terms require an actual offer.
